Features:

Because of unique application of gear-box, speed-reducer, as well as turbine and perpetual screw driven by gear, power rating is reduced to energy-saving level---11 KW.

Improving output by special mechanical design which guarantees an output---200kg/h~400 kg/h.

With excellent design for inside and outside structure and the best quenching technology, the machine can run stably and be without breakdown.

It is very easy and quick to change the screw and inside mould for special machine structure.

The machine-made charcoal briquette made from the equipment is firm inside and loose outside.

With air exhaust holes under material chute in the machine, which gets steams out. Thus it ensures the density of briquette is 1.5g/ cm³.

The service time of our moulds is much longer than those of others in the same industry. Usually our moulds can be used for 2 years, but others’ can be only used for 3months till 1 year.

With reduction drive to save energy, big screw to increase speed, supercharger to increase density.
