This charcoal briquetting machine is our 4th generation molding machine.

Advantages of the machine:
1,No binder is needed during processing,and so no pollution when it burns.
2,We have added 5-6 grooves in the machine to discharge the vapors and help increase density. Moreover, we add a wedging-ring in the machine,which also helps to increase the density of wood sticks.
3,Wood sticks is easy for carrying and piling.We have also designed trolleys to help load the sticks.
4.Generally,oil seal is put inside the machines and oil seal is outside.When the oil seal goes wrong,we need to open the whole machine to change it.Now we have changed their positions and the process become easi
5.The briquette machine can be linked to the drier to form an automatic line.This is from our design and with patent rights.It can save labour cost.
6.With smoke-gather device and pipes,zero pollution in operation.The smoke can be gather and processed into byproducts like combustive gas,wood tar,wood vinegar, or use the gas to generate electricity for your own use. This is highly beneficial in terms of saving energy and making profit.
